Could it be that you have removed these channels from your TV list? Maybe you did this once when you weren't subscribing to the service...
You can change your current channel list at https://www1.swisscom.ch/tv/online/app/TVChannels or create a new one right away.
If this is not the case, I would advise you to briefly call the hotline and ask - there may be a problem with your subscription; the free phone number is 0800 800 800.
