It’s a shame that the channels “Dubai Sports”, “Kuwait TV” and “Oman TV” were simply switched off on August 11th, 2021 due to “low customer benefit” 😞
Could one instead, as suggested in November 2019, perhaps be one or more of the following music stations…
- Rotana Mousica
- Rotana clip
- Mazzika
…or…
- MBC 1 Europe
- BBC Arabic
- Al Jazeera Documentary
…connect? Maybe music stations would also be a change from the news stations. There are also plenty of these in the other language offerings (e.g. Turkish).

@Gulfstream_N9999M This is not the Swisscom team but a customer help customer forum. As is generally known, Swisscom never announces channel updates in advance, but perhaps a moderator will pass on the request internally. But no one will promise anything.

Reception with a satellite dish in Switzerland, you cannot receive these channels on the Arabic satellite.

@cybi Good tip, with all the channel requests, some people forget that there are often other options than integrating channels into Blue TV. And on the new TV box with the option to download a variety of TV apps and an internet browser where you can also bookmark this page, there are many more possible channels.

Streaming on TV would actually be a great idea. However, I still have the TV-Box (UHD), for example. I neither have a browser preinstalled nor can I install a browser app (via sideloading or Google Play Store). And my TV is no longer the youngest either. It still runs an ancient and slow Smart TV version from Philips.
