No more subtitles on A2

    Since yesterday 03.09.2019, it is impossible to have the Antenne 2 channel in subtitles whereas before that it worked

    Does anyone have the same problem?

      You are right, a disruption did affect the subtitles of the France 2 channel. A correction was made yesterday evening shortly before 11 p.m. The function is now available again. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    In fact, for me the subtitles on A2 are also disabled (the check box to display them is grayed out).

    Things are really not getting better at Swisscom regarding this recurring problem with subtitles! (Unless the problem is this time with A2…?).
