Internal forwarding of external calls - HD Davos

  • I have 3 HD-Davos in my EFH. If I want to forward an external call from Tf 1 and Tf 2, I go to “Forward” via Options and select the number Tf 2. Music plays there. My wife picks up the phone; we can talk internally. But how the external call is taken over is completely unclear. Who has to press which buttons? The instruction manual does not provide any information here. Shamefully, telephone calls to Swisscom were unsuccessful. We have already tried countless options, but all without results. Can anyone help here?

    • The following procedure works for me in the HD-Tf Davos with the firmware vH032 (the internal telephones 203 and 204 as well as an external mobile phone C are involved):

1 203 is in conversation with external subscriber C.
      2 203: Options > Forward > OK
      C hears hold music.
203: Three options for dialing in the display menu:
      Manual entry
      Phone book
      DECT204
      Manual entry option > OK > 204 > Call: 204 is called.
      3 204 replies.
      Internal connection 203 to 204.
203: Four options in the display menu:
Back (2 ends) Connection to C becomes active again.
Toggling (alternately speaking with 204 or with C).
      Forward
      conference
      4 203: Option Forward > OK
204 is now connected to C; 203 is in idle state.
5 Variant: In step 3, initiate the conference:
      203: Options > Conference > OK
Participants 203, 204 and C are connected in conference.
203 ends conversation: Entire conference is ended.
204 ends the conversation: 203 and participant C remain connected.

Unfortunately I only found this guide!

Maybe @Anonymous can say something about this.

You can also forward an external call internally to another handset. To do this, do the following:

    1. During the call on the phone, go to the Options menu
    2. Select “Forward” or press OK
    3. Dial an internal number (e.g. 204)
    4. Forward the conversation

    have you already tried?:

    Accept external call

Dial the internal number via the menu

Wait until the internal subscriber has answered the phone, then briefly inform the internal subscriber

--> and now you just hang up, then the external calls should end up with the internal subscriber.

You can try calling the landline with your cell phone and then play through

The forwarding works as described by Antric. It should be emphasized that the “forwarding” mentioned in point 4 takes place without entering 204 again. Entering the “Forward” option is sufficient.
