Remote control light stays red

      Try to make the connection again:

      1) Press the OK button on your remote control Swisscom TV

      2) Turn your box off using the toggle switch on the back of the TV box and turn it back on after a few seconds

      If the remote control still does not work, reconnect the TV Box to the Swisscom TV remote control:

      1) Press the WPS button for 3 seconds (on the back of the TV BOX and release it).

      2) A remote control connection welcome screen appears on your TV, press the OK button on the Swisscom TV remote control and follow the instructions.
