Problem with replay and reading of recordings on TF1

  • For several days I have no longer been able to watch Replay or see my TF1 recordings, all the other channels that I watch, no problem, it’s only TF1.

    I did a test, on TV air (which I never use) just to check, and it works.
    All my devices (router, box, etc.) are new. I’m on fiber optic and Wi-Fi.

    Please help me find the solution.
    Don’t tell me to call 0800……… because I can no longer talk following cancer.

      Have you already reset your Swisscom TV Box? If this is not the case, I invite you to take a paperclip or a toothpick, then stick it into the small hole at the back of your Box.

      Once this operation is done, wait a few moments for the system to restart, then test playback and replay on your recordings again.
