Sony Xperia Z5 Compact: Back Button and Menu Button not working correctly

Hi,

I have a Sony Xperia Z5 Compact and my "Back Button" and Menu Button in the lower part of the screen are not working correctly. If I want to go back I have to turn the scren by 90 degrees (ladscape) and then i can hit the back button. But if i hold my smartphone the normal way (portrait) the buttons do not work.

Can somebody help?
