It’s still not 100% clear to me what exactly you mean by that. Could you give a specific example?

In terms of functionality, the next generation of Apps & Web will incorporate a number of improvements, including presentation, so that the experience between Box and TV Air is as close as possible to one another. However, it will never be 100% because the focus is always on the box first. TV Air therefore always “lags” a little behind.

Thank you for the query. I meant that the feature on the iPhone makes it easy to browse films sorted by genre in the replay. It is correct that it still works on the box. But it is a step backwards. I can buy a film on demand if I’m too lazy to search with the remote control… But I’ve come to terms with it. When switching to new operating system versions, you also have to part with tools you have grown fond of.

I don’t see any reason why the best feature was killed. So that the last person knows what was being said:

Replay Guide:

Shows from the last week sorted by category (docs, news, films, etc.) (7 days of replay).

Maybe the advertising industry/parliament lobbied so hard to slowly kill replay feature after feature until you have to watch everything live again, including advertising?

If this were to happen, it would be the end of today’s TV subscriptions like those from Swisscom (which I think is great). I’m sure of that.

The replay guide is now available again on the web client (at the bottom under Home).

Make sure you have the current client 3.1.44.1 (under settings)

Great that you can at least use the replay function again via the web client! Now I just hope that this will soon be possible via the TV Air app.

Until the replay guide makes it back into the app(s), you can alternatively simply load the web client via your mobile browser (tvair.swisscom.ch) and browse around in the replay guide under Home. However, it can only be played there if you display the page as a desktop website (under Settings).

Thanks for the tip! I’ve already tried it, it works great. Nevertheless, I consider this to be an interim solution and am patiently waiting for the Replay Guide to be integrated into the app again. 🙂
