Unable to play .mov (mpeg4) video from my Cloud

The automnales.mov video stored in my cloud cannot be viewed on my tv box 2.0.
Message: Unable to read file. I changed format (MPEG4), same problem.

The format of my file corresponds in all respects to the data mentioned on my Cloud, hence my question.

I sent my file to your services, at their request, to investigate the problem. I’m just pointing out that the photos saved on my cloud are perfectly visible and that this problem only affects videos.
