TV Air Wlan does not work abroad

I can’t use TV Air abroad. I have WLAN active on the iPad but the program tries to upload data but nothing arrives, the wait cursor keeps turning.

consequently I don’t even see the downloaded recordings.

I tried with iPhone if I deactivate WLAN and activate 4G in roaming it works, but it’s a contradiction.

Same thing for me too… in contradiction to what swisscom advertised on the app…

I was unable to communicate this problem to Swisscom which has been going on for a couple of years.

will any of them be aware of this BREAKDOWN?

We are aware of this problem and it is not easy to solve. Swisscom is still studying the problem and there are currently alternative solutions such as setting up a collegamento VPN. You can find it on the [Forum in French](https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Discussions-sur-la-Web-TV-Online/Probl%C3%A8me-d-acc%C3%A8s-%C3%A0 -l-application-Swisscom-TV-2-0/td-p/464577/highlight/true/page/4) the same theme with different solution and reactions from other users.

Thanks for the question. If you understand a little French, in the link I gave you above, several VPN solutions are explained or you can simply search on Google for other solutions to activate the VPN with iPad.
