TV Air not loading

Hello.

I have tried to watch TV on my laptop through TV air, but every time I click on a program, I get an error message (attached). Sometimes an advertisement appears first, but the channel never loads. I have a TV light package and I was able to watch TV through Swisscom webtv in the past. Please let me know what I can do to repair the issue.

Hi, I am currently travelling and catching up by recording programmes. This was working until just before Christmas, but now the programmes are showing as recorded but will not load. The screen 'hangs' with the timer icon spinning. Is there a new issue? How can I solve this? Thank you.

TV Air was disturbed yesterday. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Our specialists found a temporary solution and are still working on it.

On my side and as of Jan. 03 - 15h50 TV air is still not working and I experience the same issue as described above. When will the service be working again?

Yes, I can now use TV air but via Silverlight only. The beta link to TV air still does not work.

Hi,

I used to be able to watch Swisscom TV online but since the release of the new version, my shows won't load. I've made sure Silverlight is installed and up to date. I can browse through my recordings and TV guide but no show ( live or otherwise) will actually start playing. The loading spinner keeps spinning to no end. This problem is only when i am on my Mac. With ipad and phone it works fine.

What to do?

I am unable to watch live TV on my PC when I am outside Switzerland. Is this normal, even if I am logged into my account? I vaguely remember being able to do that at some point...

Also, the IOS app stopped working because it wanted to be updated. I couldn't update because it wanted me to do it from the Swiss iTunes app store.

Only recordings are available to watch outside Switzerland.

Due to legal restrictions the broadcasting of TV programs is limited to Switzerland.
