Recording not possible

I have 2 UHD boxes and everything actually works well.

The series “Dune – the desert planet” is currently running on Star TV. Unfortunately I cannot record the show or series. Neither via the box nor via the computer.

For the past 3 days it has always said: this function is not available at the moment.

However, recording other programs on other channels is possible.

Does anyone know this or have the same experience?

You’re right, it doesn’t work for me online either. There is an error in the series; in individual episodes the recording is confirmed but is not present in the recordings. Strange…

So it works for me.

Do a reset on the box. (Small hole at the bottom of the box)

@altair: Did you use the HD channel or the SD?

If I program using the WEB TV search, it doesn’t work. However, if I program via the TV Guide, then it works…

I took a recording yesterday as a test. Now I can’t delete them anymore! Great! What’s going on? Playing works, just not deleting…
