Good Evening. On May 24, 2016 I went to the Swisscom center in Lugano in order to stop my number for the summer due to my departure. When I came back to Lugano to study in September, I received mail with my summer bills. That took me by surprise because in May I’ve asked to stop my number. For these past 1.5 months I’ve been calling and visiting the Swisscom center to fix this issue of bills that I was not supposed to receive, I found myself in a situation where my number got blocked and extra invoices were added to my September bill. The fact that a young man working at the Swisscom center in Lugano couldn’t do his job and proceed as he was asked to, I have 99.40+99.00+99.00+ 80.80(extra invoices for september) francs added to my account. I don’t like the fact that i’m practicaly being robbed due to the company worker’s inability to complete his job and 378.2 isn’t a very small amount. Thank you.
