Contacting support via chat

Is there way for existing customers to contact support via web chat? I know, it exists for sales, what about support?

There is only 1 web chat and they don’t offer technical support.

You can get assistance online on our website, here in the Community and of course by phone at 0800 800 800.

I mean chat with real person, for a problem with billing of Swisscom in roaming, not mentioned on website, not requiring me to call for 2.85 CHF per minute.

Something that shows that Swisscom not only cares about getting new subscribers, but existing ones are also important.
