I ordered an iPhone 7 128GB diamond black on September 9, 2016 9:02 am. At the moment I don’t have a delivery date yet.

Has anyone ordered the same device and already received a delivery date?

I just read an entry in another thread.

Someone apparently contacted Swisscom support and they said that the system that sends out the confirmations/delivery dates was overloaded. And that she will receive her iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB silver tomorrow or next week at the latest.

I hope there’s something to it… 🙂

Yes, the packages are sent with Swiss Post.

It was my first iPhone order from Swisscom.

Can I assume that if there is no delivery date yet, my iPhone will not be delivered tomorrow either? Or are Swisscom’s systems lagging behind?

Definitely lagging behind. For some it works but for many it doesn’t! let yourself be surprised

There is currently no detailed information about delivery times available.

In general, a longer waiting time can be expected for the black and diamond black color models in all memory sizes.

The same applies to the models with a memory size of 128 GB for all colors.

I ordered two devices on September 9, 2016. (iphone 7 128gb black&rose gold)

The Rosegold received an LT yesterday for September 16th and then this morning the SMS with the tracking number. Shortly later the email for Black arrived with the date September 23rd.
To my delight, I received a text message about 2-3 hours later informing me that my black device was also being prepared for shipping.

So they will both arrive tomorrow.

I ordered on September 9th immediately after 9am.

Nope, I ordered the same thing, we probably won’t be informed 🙂 I think it’s a bit weak, but hey, whatever. We still can’t change it 🙂

I think so too! I mean, if we still belong to the first wave, you could at least write that you belong to the 2nd wave and you can’t say exactly when the 2nd wave will come.

It’s just new territory🙂 man was completely taken by surprise and had no experience whatsoever🙂

What I find so strange is that apparently everyone who orders an iPhone plus feels the same way. I ordered at 12pm. You at 9:20.
Maybe they haven’t even gotten around to shipping the iPhone 7 Plus yet or something?

Support informed me that I (iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB silver ordered at 9:20) belong to the 1st wave. You don’t know when you’ll get the devices.

What was cool today was that my colleague was able to pick up his iPhone 7 Plus from Sunrise without pre-ordering… That really annoys me! Swisscom simply doesn’t inform anyone… that can’t be the case!!

Last year I got the iPhone from Microspot.ch on time 🙂
