Installation Internet Security Swisscom - sur MAC

    I just bought Internet Security with a monthly subscription but I can’t get it installed on my Mac. Indeed, by following the instructions from my private client account. I click on Control Center and then nothing. A new window opens (FD-Secure) and it loops mentioning a text "Defining Cookies…

    Is this problem related to the version of my MAC? OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6

    Yes indeed, I thought that the latest Mac OS version would have been accepted, I didn’t even look… my fault:-(… It will therefore be impossible for me to install this anti-virus program unfortunately.

    On my iMac I uninstalled the program under MAC OS Sierra because it didn’t work and it was impossible to find the file to redownload it: smileysad:

    On the other hand, on my Macbook air also under MAC OS Sierra it works?!?!

    On the other hand, under both, impossible to access the licenses?

    Who would have the download file?

    I’m coming to give you some feedback… There is no download link, so obviously it doesn’t work under Mac OS Sierra:smileyfrustrated: even if it works on my Macbook Air.

    We will wait patiently for the update.
