My swissom tv freezes after about 8 seconds. It hardwired to a swisscom router, recemtky replaced by swisscom at my cost!. Now they tell me i need another 200chf for a router. Plus a tech call outout charge….. pulling my hair out aa these guys are my only option in my area…😣
