No Caller ID

Hello

We seem to have lost Caller ID on our landline. Our telephone only displays the message "Incoming Call". Perhaps there is a 're-set' code that I can enter into the handset?

Do you use the new fixed network telephony (All IP) with an HD phone? Online you can find an overview of the functionality and operation of the Swisscom HD telephones:

Please note your telephone does not display the names of callers who have suppressed your telephone number or who have deactivated caller ID for your name. It also does not display the names of people who are not listed in the publicly accessible directory service provided by Swisscom Directories.

Thank you for your reply. We have a DECT telephone connected to a Centro Grande internet box. Until a few days ago the phone would display the caller number and show the caller name, if this was in the handset's telephone book. This has suddenly stopped working and the telephone only shows the message "Incoming Call". Best Regards...Julian

There is nothing to reset. The phone is a DECT telephone which we have used for years. I borrowed a different phone and we had the same problem - the caller number does not display. All I can try is unplugging the phone from the electricity and re-setting the router. Regards...Julian

Hi - I didn't do anything but it has started working gain. Maybe Swisscom changed something on the network? Thanks Julian
