Thanks for your concerns! Swisscom support gave me for 5 days all possible reasons from wrong cable connection, faulty router, software bugs…etc and ask me to do many tests, resets, renitialisation with computer, but it was not working! The last one was a bug somewhere and…the Internet starts to work again a few days later! Swisscom did not contact me to follow up and not apologize at all! I am still waiting for such excuses, to know the reason of such bug and eventually some compensation for not beating able to work for 4 days at my home!
