No internet connection

Good morning,
Once again (unfortunately) I no longer have any internet connection. I try everything (restart the router, plug it into another telephone socket…) nothing happens! I carried out the mini test on the MySwisscom application and it actually tells me that it is not a problem with the internet connection but rather with my router. And as I already mentioned before, this is not the first time that this problem appears (third time in less than two months). My question is: Can I come with the device so that it can be replaced once and for all?

Thank you for the information but having already tried this solution it led me to wait around 25 minutes without any response. And having already called several times for the same problems I know that we will have to do the
same test as each time, therefore: restart the device, reset it or change location so plug it into another telephone socket and I will be asked if I have put filters in each telephone socket (which I did since the last time). And having already tried everything I mentioned, I wanted to know if I could directly bring it. If it’s the only solution, I’ll do it and hope I don’t have to wait that long.

@Black Mamba’s solution remains the correct one. Swisscom does not exchange your router like that, you must insist that they open a ticket and they can send a technician to your home to see your configuration. I also had a router problem, he came and decided to change it and no more problems.

In your case it could also be a problem with the telephone line!
