No internet connection
Good morning,
Once again (unfortunately) I no longer have any internet connection. I try everything (restart the router, plug it into another telephone socket…) nothing happens! I carried out the mini test on the MySwisscom application and it actually tells me that it is not a problem with the internet connection but rather with my router. And as I already mentioned before, this is not the first time that this problem appears (third time in less than two months). My question is: Can I come with the device so that it can be replaced once and for all?
