Wi-Fi interference on Monzoon networks

Good day

With my tablet Thinkpad 10 from Lenovo and Windows 10, no connection is established with WLANs from the provider Monzoon (“No Internet”).

The problem can be reproduced at different locations.

Same result with Firefox and Edge.

Windows troubleshooting is unsuccessful.

With all other WLANs and in my home, the WLAN connection works without any problems.

There seems to be something different about Monzoon.

Does anyone know this problem? What should be done?

Monzoon currently has no solution, the dialogue is still ongoing.

They say they are also using Windows 10 without any problems and that this error has not yet been reported.

Unfortunately you have to search for the problem with Monzoon. Is your service.
If other WiFi worked…
You know that you have to authenticate yourself beforehand in order to get an internet connection.
