Problem solved, a compliment to the staff in the swisscom shop in Bern train station, they tried and searched for almost an hour, sim card out, new sim card in, problem continues, sim card in other devices, problem continues, I was told there is a solution … they then passed it on to technology, so I was promptly called at home, further tests were carried out, and after a while I received a lot of text messages!! It wasn’t the Galaxy, it wasn’t the SIM card, somewhere in the depths of the server there was a traffic jam that had sealed me off from text messages. It’s not the first time that I’ve experienced swisscom’s great customer service, great service, thank you and I’m happy!
