We also had underbushes. The station ran between 20 seconds. and 2 minutes and then stopped. Report; Unfortunately the channel is currently not available. We had these problems for weeks until a part was replaced externally (before the house installation). Switching off all devices and restarting them are of no use. The only option: sit it out and don’t let it bother you. And despite the relatively high costs, it’s just a shame.

According to the hotline, Swisscom is currently having massive problems with Swisscom TV. 2.0. The technicians are working on solving the problem as quickly as possible, it sounds when you call the hotline today, March 27th, 2016. The waiting time until you get connected is an incredible 10-20 minutes. That makes me wonder how many Swisscom employees are working today. In any case, nothing is working for me at the moment when it comes to Swisscom TV 2.0. Internet and IP telephony work, however. Hmmm public holiday and Swisscom is incredibly overloaded.
I also had problems with the internet and Swisscom TV today. Internet is now working again. Swisscom TV not. I also always get a message that there is currently no signal available from this station. I’ve already checked all cable connections, switched routers such as TV boxes off and on again, etc. It’s all of no use.
@arta.prenaj did I understand you correctly that you now have to wait until Thursday for a technician to come by? That’s where joy comes!
@camasa yes, according to the hotline, a technician will only come on Thursday between 8:00 and 12:00
