neither Swisscom nor Netflix have directly conacted their customers on this, but there si a lot in the news, on forums and in twitter about it. and now its the #1 most popular topci here in this forum. yay. and both seem to be blaming the other. perhaps there was some brinksmanship going on.

I suggest you contact Swisscom directly to get a discount on your internet for next month. I have just contacted netflix and they are offering me a discount for next month. Swisscom next stop...
