Suggestions for improvement

Hello Developers,

I started to use Swisscom mycloud nova and I think you could implement a couple of useful functions.

1. It would be nice to get an option to create sub-folders inside the normal folders otherwise after a while there will be to many main folder.

2. For the auto backup function it would be nice to have an option for selecting what I would like to save and what I do not want (example save my own camera pictures but not iO, facebook, viber pictures).

For the auto backup function it would be also nice to be able to specify a target folder. As far as I see all pictures goes to timeline with auto backup.

4. It would be good to have an option to select a picture for folder cover.

Please discuss the recommendation and give me some feedback later if any of the idea going to be implemented.

Thanks for your feedback.

I’ll comment on some of you suggestions:

1. Subfolders: In the file view you can do that allready or do you refer to albums in the foto domain?

2. Select Auto Backup Sources: Yes also something we thought about but and will have a look into in the future

3. Target Folder: Yes they go to the timeline, but we could think of a target folder in the future

4. This is a often requested feature that we’ll work on in the future

For the 1st point: Sorry I did not specify my request/recommendation correctly. Yes I thought in the foto domain would be also nice to have sub-folders.

A filter function or search option to filter the fotos would also be very useful….

otherwise you have to scroll down throuth all the photos to find one….

Another thing…. It would be useful to hide photos from timeline… but they should still be visible in the albums….

And when you delete an album, you should be asked if you want also to delete all the photos in it… otherwise you have to delte them in the timeline….
