Creating a WLAN 2 network

    My problem is this:

    I created a second WLAN access from the customer area, but when I go to the router settings, it is not displayed. Also it often disconnects wifi when I connect WLAN 2 from customer area. And after a while, I even have the SSID of WLAN 2 instead of WLAN 1, with the password of 1… In short, it’s the total Bronx. With a swisscom technician by phone, we tried to resolve this this weekend, but the only solution found was to send back a new router. I installed it today, but the problem is still present. It is impossible for me to create a second WLAN. Is this a problem with my Centro Grande router or with my customer area?
