Hello everyone, it has been no longer possible to use the Facebook app with LTE/3G networks for several days. With WiFi, the app works perfectly and the m.facebook page.
I tested it on 2 devices: Nexus 6 (Android 6.0) and Samsung Galaxy S3.
Since I increased my subscription, I have no connection to Facebook, it only works with wiffi..
I’ve been to 4 swiscom shops, no one knows why or how to fix it?
I’ve been feeling the same way since the beginning of November. My girlfriend too. We both have Sony Z and Sony Z1 phones. It’s really very annoying, since we pay the subscription bill and it always worked before… If someone knows the solution… I would be very grateful :-).
