Important information for Swisscom customers. Scammers are currently sending bogus surveys via WhatsApp. Migros, H&M or IKEA are given as the senders. Swisscom recommends ignoring the surveys and deleting the messages immediately.
The value-added service via the direct access number 933 has already been blocked by Swisscom. If an SMS subscription has been concluded here, Swisscom customers do not need to do anything. The costs will be refunded on the next bill.
Those who wish to cancel a value-added service offer should send an SMS with "STOP ALL" to the respective destination number. This will cancel the subscription that has been ordered.
