Great, Very happy to learn that SwissCom will have the brand new Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL! The new high-end Windows Phone by Microsoft!
However, could you be more specific about the date from which it will be possible to find the telephone details on your website? And so pre-order it? And if possible, the list of accessories available with or as an option.
Looking forward to your news/response, I thank you in advance,
THANKS

I am also free to give my opinion 😉
I am comparing two sellers of a smartphone without subscription. It’s clear that if you take out a subscription you will have it cheaper (at least when purchasing)…
And sorry but offering a smartphone without subscription 100 chf more expensive than elsewhere by offering the dock is taking the customer for a pigeon. The dock is not offered, it is included in the price… If swisscom sold it for more or less the same price as elsewhere with the dock offered, it would be different.
Now what is the share of the smartphone in your subscription? The portion multiplied by the number of months that you are going to keep your smartphone must be added to the purchase price if you want to know its cost.
Personally I have two subscriptions whose monthly cost is very low (Free €2 and a cmn subscription) so yes a dual sim is interesting and no I cannot afford to have two Swiss subscriptions at almost 100chf monthly.. We’re not going to go into the usefulness or otherwise of a dual sim either, if Microsoft is offering it it’s because there’s a significant demand.
How much is your subscription? to get it at 239.- either you haven’t benefited from an offer for a long time or you have a big subscription (actually at 89chf) which allows you to have discounts on purchases.
In any case, you recommit for 12 or 24 months, which some people don’t want. Hence the sale of bare smartphones…
Yes, I have an offer because I haven’t needed it for a long time (purchase of a bare phone).
My subscription, whatever the price, will not change so an extension does not matter to me. Unfortunately in Switzerland we do not have a 2€ subscription, sorry hence the surprise that you can have two.
In addition, and it remains a mystery, the Dual sim model is cheaper. Not having any use for it (dual sim) I wanted a 950. After a brief check on this [Comparator](http://www.toppreise.ch/index.php?search=Lumia+950&sRes= OK), for the first time, Swisscom is offering the same prices as the competition.
With a device worth 99.- as a gift, Swisscom is cheaper, especially since I had planned to treat myself to the dock.
For the first time I find the offer interesting and I simply wonder why we are breaking the sugar for a good offer.
Without having a 2€ subscription there are plenty of people who have professional subscriptions and who find it annoying to have 2 mobiles.
The offer for a single sim is actually more expensive than the Dual and Swissocm is aligned. So my comments are not relevant to this model since the drop in Swisscom prices, I admit.
Concerning the single or dual differences, it seems that the 4G chip is more powerful in the single and also that the duals are not available among operators in general.
I just have a rant about Microsoft. Here is the offer available in France for the purchase of a 950 XL: [http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msfr/fr\_FR/pdp/productID.326664100?icid=PhoneR\_modA\_950XL](http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msfr/fr_FR/ pdp/productID.326664100?icid=PhoneR_modA_950XL)
In summary for around 699E French VAT included you receive the phone with these 2 free accessories: DT-904 + HD-500.
In Switzerland for 699CHF you receive the phone and ONLY the HD-500 dock. If you want the wireless charger, buy it…
For what? Are we still cash cows in Switzerland? The price of the device without VAT is almost the same in France as in Switzerland with the Euro at 1.10…
650 Xl excluding tax in France: 699 -20% = 559€
650 Xl excluding tax in Switzerland: 699- 8% = 643 chf…
Your conclusion is wrong even though I agree 100% with the rest of the post.
One solution, go to France, clear customs. pay the Swiss tax = 603chf but without guarantee that Microsoft France agrees to send the charger and the dock to a Swiss address.
Indeed there is 30CHF difference. Far be it from me to buy a mobile phone abroad. I just find this offer from Microsoft strange, valid in France but not in Switzerland… Fortunately the sale price on toppreise has fallen a little since my first message… 59.- less than Swisscom. This is the 3rd time that the price has moved while the cell phone is not even on sale yet…
I admit that I too find it a shame that the Microsoft Store offer for the dock and the docking station is not available from Swisscom. But in vain, I don’t care. All I ultimately want is to receive my Lumia 950 as soon as possible!!! ^^ I’ve been waiting for its release for almost a year, when I think about it it’s pretty crazy
