Changes were made to the authorizations on My Swisscom App. Users with the Administrator and Controller authorization level can no longer log in to My Swisscom App.
The problem is expected to be resolved in two weeks.
We apologize for the interruption and recommend logging into Kundencenter directly via your PC or laptop and accessing the necessary information.

Changes were made to the authorizations on My Swisscom App. Users with the CMA Administrator and CMA Controller authorization level can no longer log in to the My Swisscom App. The problem is expected to be resolved in a week. In the meantime, it is possible to log into Kundencenter via the browser.
