my Swisscom App

  • Since the latest update on October 1st. I can no longer log in. A red bar appears because of a technical problem…when approximately will it be possible to use the app again?

      Changes were made to the authorizations on My Swisscom App. Users with the Administrator and Controller authorization level can no longer log in to My Swisscom App.

      The problem is expected to be resolved in two weeks.

      We apologize for the interruption and recommend logging into Kundencenter directly via your PC or laptop and accessing the necessary information.

    I also have the problem in the Swisscom app since the new version

    Only not one Natel Easy number is visible and not all 3!

    Please fix it or what to do!!??

    Changes were made to the authorizations on My Swisscom App. Users with the CMA Administrator and CMA Controller authorization level can no longer log in to the My Swisscom App. The problem is expected to be resolved in a week. In the meantime, it is possible to log into Kundencenter via the browser.
