As far as I understand you can’t select certain channels you could before (assuming with the TV1.0 App) and some channels are not available any more in HD. Correct?
It’s not clear if you are still TV1.0 customer (do you have a tv-box at home) or not. If so, what subscription do you have (light, basic, plus)?
Note that the 9Fr subscription was intended for TV1.0. At the moment you can just use it for the WebTV, for the TV2.0-App you’ll get logged out directly again.
Next, the infinity login results in a separate 2.0 Basic account with another channel lineup. So don’t expect to get the same channels (as for example with TV1.0 plus).
Swisscom changes the channel lineup from time to time. You see that usually with a notification in the App&Web (& box). But you don’t see which channels have been deleted. So it might be that suddenly some channels are not available any more.
Either way, let us know how you log into the app (iPhone/iPad) to get further details.
