Teleclub Cancel Play

    can you tell me how I can/must cancel Teleclub Play? Can I pick a tick somewhere or do I have to do it in writing?

    • I canceled it in Kundencenter, without calling. You can find this in Kundencenter under “Manage Swisscom TV/TV options”. You should then give notice of termination. Can trigger contract changes.

      If things don’t work, it’s definitely a good idea to call the hotline, they’ll help.

    I’m not sure about the box right now, but I’m sure in the Kundencenter under TV / TV subscription…
    If it’s on the box then it would be in Settings/TV/Channels & Subscriptions or something like that…

    Hello Freefly, you can cancel the subscription in your Kundencenter. If you feel like it, a quick call to the hotline is enough.

    In the box under Channels & Subscriptions I see that I have subscribed to Play, but I cannot cancel or remove the tick.
