Sendepause on all floors!!!

  • Wishing to record a program scheduled for next Wednesday, March 18, I realize that it is impossible to schedule its recording in advance, in fact, the TV guide gives me the information until Tuesday, March 17 and, since Wednesday, March 18 and the following days, it’s SENDEPAUSE on ALL channels so it’s impossible to program anything. I have two 2.0 TV Boxes and, on the swisscomTV 2.0 mobile application, it is identical. So, needless to say, resetting the boxes does NOTHING AT ALL. When will there be a system that allows you to schedule a recording for the duration planned by the application?!!!.

      Following your request, we have taken care to analyze the situation. Currently, the TV guide is available until Friday March 20 around 5:00 a.m. The possibility of scheduling a recording until March 20 is possible on our various media. You can do this from the TV 2.0 application, Live TV on our website and from your TV-Box 2.0

      If your TV Guide is only available until March 17, simply restart the Box using the switch on the back. If this procedure proves ineffective, send us your details and a contact number by private message so that we can contact you to help you.

    What you answer is wrong. Pascalpad is right, slow guide is completely empty since 18.03 in the morning on my 2 tvboxes and even the iPhone application!

    Thank you for your response which only partially satisfies me.

    As you asked, I reset my TV box by turning it off using the switch located behind it.

    During the restart, the TV guide pushed the generosity to go until next Thursday, March 19. So I was able to schedule my show for March 18

    Since March 19 and until Tuesday March 14, the deadline for the programming window, I no longer have any information, namely the text information unavailable has replaced the text sendepause and, now, still three suspensive points on certain days.

    On the other hand, on my mobile application Swisscom TV 2.0 nothing has changed. I am still in sendepause mode on all channels since March 19 and until the end of the programming slot.

    I think that if you have to reset the box each time to move forward one day in the programming, the problem does not come from this one but from the Swisscom side… It would be good if the problem was caught at the root . It seems to me that this has been going on for some time based on the posts on this forum.
