3 x faster with Vivo

  • Why am I being contacted with a Vivo XL subscription saying that it will be 3x faster from March when it doesn’t work?

    The availability checker also shows my existing speed.

    I assume that all Vivo customers were contacted without taking into account what was technically possible or not. I have a Vivo M and it stops at 23 Mbps and I also received the information/advertising.

    In this day and age of user-specific advertising, this might actually be a little better coordinated.

    We were called numerous times at home (landline) for a while asking whether we wanted to switch to Swisscom. They were always very surprised that we were already SC customers… Actually, it wasn’t all that bad.

    However, I can understand the frustration very well. We also have a Anschluss that has not been able to achieve higher speeds for years. When you regularly see how “everyone else” gets a faster line year after year.

    This shouldn’t happen because they look closely at which line you have. For example, I don’t benefit from our increase, but I didn’t receive any mention of it in our email.

    Conclusion: send me your phone number/name/address via PM and I’ll have it checked.
