Searching for DLNA servers and clients disabled

Router: port 34000 forwarded to the NAS

Security connection but not forced.

…and it doesn’t work from the 2 TV boxes installed on the same LAN.

On the other hand, no problem from a 3G mobile, from the WAN, etc…

It seems that the majority of you who report a problem with the Plex app are using a NAS server (Synology, Qnap).

Could you please test the installation of the Plex server on your PC or Mac and let us know the results here?

If the app works, Plex servers on a NAS could be part of the problem.

Good morning,

Before being installed on the NAS, my Plex Server was installed on a Mac OS X Yosemite.

Fixed IP, port 34000… in short, exactly the same config.

Except it was a Mac Mini with Mac OS 10.10.3 Yosemite.

Hello for my part The plex server is installed on Windows 7 I tried to change the com port. And redirect myself in the router but nothing happened.
I tried to delete the homegroup too but nothing!!
I will try the new firmware in two weeks and hope it works!!

Hello everyone,

For more than a week the Plex application has been unavailable on my Swisscom tu 2.0, the same message is still displayed when launching the application, this application is temporarily unavailable.

I called and was told that it was indeed not working but without any further information.. Could someone tell me if they are having the same problem??

For me for a month now when I go to Plex I get the message the application is temporarily unavailable. I called Swisscom no more information! SO SWISSCOM WHY??

After calling the Swisscom hotline they sent me a new TV box, but the error message is still there.. Even they don’t know why it doesn’t work.. PITIOUS.
