Hello everyone,
I’m not the only one to suffer from Swisscom’s shortcomings!… Again this morning (December 26), I went to take a look at the “guide” and… more “sendepauses” everywhere. As I no longer believe in Santa Claus, I doubt that Swisscom will leave services worthy of the name under our tree. They know that we pay, the rest they don’t care like the year forty. It’s a shame that no other competing ISP is able to provide efficient services. Wolves don’t eat each other they say!!!
Let’s stay ZEN and fearing the worst, perhaps we will be entitled to a miracle? Best wishes.

Hello everyone,
We did indeed encounter problems with the TV guide but the situation should be resolved today. For customers who are still observing Sendepause on the TV guide, restart your TV Box and the programs will be available again. We wish you a very good day and the best for 2015.

Thank you for your response, there is still one unanswered question: why does the box sometimes go back to the “Live” mode of a channel even though we are watching this channel in Replay mode?
Hello Y-Phil,
Some customers actually encounter some disruptions when viewing recordings or Replay broadcasts. The Swisscom TV-Box suddenly switches to Live mode. This is a random problem that is not encountered by all users. Our technicians are constantly working to resolve Swisscom TV 2.0 problems. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
Very happy new year 2015

Hello everyone,
No, sorry, the situation is not restored for “sende pause”. For today and tomorrow, yes (but not even 100% at night). For Sunday no. I have just noticed that the Sunday programs are once again invaded by these filthy “sende pause” parasites to the point that it is not possible to properly prepare recordings for Sunday. Thanks those responsible…
I specify that this has nothing to do with TV-Box because I only work with the Swisscom TV-Guide on the internet, therefore without going through a TV-Box (and it takes courage to use this guide in Silverlight, white characters on a background blue, no Windows facilities, and bugs guaranteed).
So no, I am not at all satisfied with this situation, and I weigh my words. It still looks like technical running-in problems, but no longer being able to provide a necessary TV guide is becoming unbearable.
I hope the situation will be restored very quickly.
