Are you referring to using the Swisscom TV 2.0 App as a remote control? If so, we have tested this option and it works very well. Try to reset the router and the Swisscom TV box. You can also delete the App and download it again. If this still does not work, send us your contact details and your Swisscom Login by private message in order to contact you to help you as this would be an isolated problem and not general.
