it is so complicated to give an actual answer instead of providing links that send you to other Links?
I'm a customer since October 2010 and suddendly the past 2 months I'm receiving all my bills in German!
How come? And why do I have to spend over 30 minutes in order to reach customer service on that?
Please give a short and easy guidance on how to get again all bills in English (or at least French).
