Login problem on Samsung Galaxy S4 Android

    • It is impossible for me to connect to Swisscom TV air from my app. I enter either the Swisscom login + password and nothing happens. I return to the same screen If I choose the login via Natel Login I have an insert: message with 2 keys (OK then Hilfe) by clicking on it nothing happens. If I enter my Natel number, nothing happens, I don’t receive an SMS. On the other hand, on my Samsung S4 mini, everything works perfectly.
