I continue to be shocked at the complete incompetance of Swisscom and lack of service.
It took me over 1 month to get an iphone delivered and after 3 handsets allegedly being, sent one arrived. I spent hours on the phone to actually make this happen.
Today they have cut my childs phone because a bill for one of the undelivered handsets was not paid… Call centre could do nothing and too busy to get someone to call me back on Monday. I explained that my child needs this phone for security since out of the country right now. No chance, there is no supervisor or anyone who can do anything. I was told to reload and credit phone using online tool until Monday for 900chf, cant do that either at the service centre. When I did this the limit is 300 only daily. I cannot reload, my child is not home and has no way to contact us.. Swisscom can do nothing, even although all the notes of the case would suggest this is their error. Monthly payment is on direct debit so never a risk.
Shame on Swisscom for leaving people vulnerable and doing nothing to help. Their systems are a disaster.
I was about to switch to Orange and the salesperson convinced me to stay. I have never even had an apology over the phone delivery issues. Right now I hold SWISSCOM responsible for my childs safety. Will be contacting the CEO and SHAME on SWISSCOM across the board to put profit before safety and clients.
