Swisscom Mobile Bonus

  • Hello everyone,

At Swisscom you can sell not completely outdated cell phones (http://mobile-bonus.swisscom.ch/de),,) the so-called Mobile Bonus.

Is it possible to buy these as private individuals?

Or are these devices only sold to organizations?

    • Normally the old mobile phones are given to emerging countries.

As described in the link below.

The best thing to do is to ask on 0800 800 800.

      http://mobile-bonus.swisscom.ch/de

The mobile phones will be taken back to be repackaged to give them a second life. Working mobile phones are then resold in Europe and emerging markets to provide mobile phone access to the entire population.

@Sergio123 the following link will take you to the Mobile Bonus FAQs and should clarify some questions: [http://mobile-bonus.swisscom.ch/de/FAQ](http://mobile-bonus.swisscom. ch/de/FAQ)

I thought I remembered that the last mobile bonus promotion was carried out by a remanufacturing company in Neuchâtel. Ask by email: [mobile-bonus@swisscom.com](mailto:mobile-bonus@swisscom.com)

The phone I sent in was received on October 7th, 2014. It was only checked by a technician on October 21, 2014. To date we have not received an answer or the promised Zahlung, which was supposed to happen within 24 hours. As Swisscom, I would ask myself what kind of companies I work with that work under the name Swisscom.

Hello, I have the exact same problem too. Even after several inquiries there was no response!

I’ll wait until Friday, after which I’ll demand the device back or initiate debt enforcement

Would never sell on this platform again. Selling.ch is more serious and professional

I also sold an iPhone via http://www.verkaufen.ch, the postage is sent by email, so there are no fees. You will also always be informed via email at short notice about what is going on.

I can only say with incomprehension that Swisscom needs to work with companies of this third type.

Either they collect huge commissions, or they don’t give a damn about customer satisfaction! (Monopoly) of Swisscom, — wonders how much longer!!!

It would be time to cancel Swisscom’s (mostly) monopoly and let other competitors enter the market!!

Now here’s why I’m mad at Swisscom! Maybe the “Kassen Rush” will be interested in this topic!

Last Saturday November 8th, 2014 this message came from Mobile Bonus.

Below is the message from today, Monday November 10th, 2014

My device was received on October 17, 2014! Shipped on October 10, 2014

Our technicians are currently working on solving this problem.

Now, after several complaints (which actually didn’t help anyway), the Zahlung arrived yesterday, November 10th, 2014.

It always took 2-3 days for a response to my various letters and they were the same

Standard emails that others have already published here.

I am actually a satisfied Swisscom customer.

On Saturday November 8th, 2014 I got a call from the Swisscom loyalty department who probably wanted to sell me a new subscription (I have Infinity M and am happy with it); I immediately stopped the gentleman on the phone and told him what rubbish they were doing with this Swisscom Mobile Bonus; He didn’t even know about this buyback program (Super Swisscom training); He consulted with his boss and I was then connected (I must have waited 15 minutes until someone answered); But the lady then pointed out to me that I had to write an email about the Swisscom Mobile Bonus to complain because she couldn’t do anything about it.

    It’s just very, very unprofessional.

I’m going to write a letter to the CEO because I have to be taken for a ride

Neither do you as a Swisscom customer.

On November 10th, 2014 an email came from Mobile Bonus that the Betrag would be paid within 24 hours.

Today, November 12, 2014, there is still nothing! How long has Swisscom been playing the game with them……

I don’t care now, after Mobile-Bonus has fooled me for long enough, I applied to the municipality today to collect the amount owed.

    Let’s see how they react?!

    Greeting
