I’m not stupid, I work every day with computers and devices, and I know what I say.
As you can see here, I had 27′000 kbps profile. 
And the next day, I adjusted the line (cables,..) and a my friend that works for Swisscom upped my profile, to 33′000kbps, but before with 27′000kbps I could see three HD streams.
