Hello geronimo4ever
There are currently general problems with recording and replay.
Our processing is well advanced. Our specialists have already found various solutions. However, for technical reasons, these can only be implemented in the second quarter of 2014. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience.
Best regards

What, 2nd quarter? Does that mean it won’t work for at least another month?
I assume your contribution is sufficient as proof that the promised service is not provided and therefore does not have to be paid.
Does everyone now have to contact the hotline personally or can you confirm here that all subscription fees for TV2.0 will automatically not be charged?

The effort or time required for troubleshooting (and that’s exactly what this case is about) cannot be precisely planned and scheduled like assembly line work. If you rush out the new release too early and new errors creep in, you will immediately be accused of not having tested it long enough. On the other hand, if you have to wait because Swisscom wants to do the work seriously, there will be a hail of criticism because nothing is happening (yet). Either way, you won’t be able to find the right time for all users.
Hello everyone
I certainly appreciate the work of Swisscom. It’s also clear to me that there are teething problems at the beginning. But: Swisscom TV is a part of everyday life! People look forward to his series and films. Because of the integration into everyday life, you are also annoyed and disappointed that it didn’t work out!
I am in favor of reporting all problems so that any teething problems can be resolved within the initial tolerable time!
And now without iPhone keyboard problems… :-)

In addition to the disappointment when something doesn’t work, you should also be happy about new releases like today’s 1.3.7, which is another step in the right direction. And I am convinced that in the background many top cracks are already working tirelessly on the next release with further improvements.
Distribution should happen automatically and I even received a request on the screen as to whether I wanted to upgrade immediately or later.
Query at:
- Home button on FB
- Select the gear at the top right of the magnifying glass in the screen menu
- General settings
- System information
Current is 1.3.7
Many users here in the forum would like a list of what has been corrected and a list of which corrections are still in the pipeline, unfortunately so far without success.
