Yes, the Dynamic Server has a firewall. The firewall can be configured when internet connectivity is added. In the picture below you can see which ports can be opened for incomming traffic. (there are no ports closed for outgoing traffic).
If one does want to open additional ports on a existing internet conenctifity one must first remove internet conenctivity and the added it again. Only this way the dialog to configure the ports is available.
