Hi there- I am new to the Forum and was hoping that I could get some assistance with an ongoing issue. I have called SwissCom probably a dozen times over the last 2 years as a SwissCom Customer requesting that they change my SMS notifications to English as well as the Voice Prompts to English when calling the helpline. I have to call from my wife's phone (also a Swisscom Customer) because somehow she has English Prompts on her account so I am able to follow when using her phone. In the past 2 months my SMSs have finally started being sent in English, however the voice prompts when I call the helpline are only in German. The first prompt when I call I am given the choice of mobile phone, internet, etc.. If I do not select, it repeats itself in German and does not give any language options. It continues in German so I am lost after the first prompt if I select one of the options.
Is there a way to change these settings online on the SwissCom website? The SwissCom agent on the phone always says they will look into it and request the setting change but nothing has happened.
Also, the reason I am needing to call the helpline is my 2nd question: Is there anyway to log onto the Swisscom website and pay my monthly bills using a Credit Card? I know I have added money / data etc to my monthly bill by using a credit card in a Swisscom Store, so I am curious as to why you cannot pay by credit card online.
Any help is greatly appreciated -
Thanks!
