Hello everyone

I have a question about the area code abroad.

I’m going to London soon for a few months.
If I give my home number to a local there, do I have to write down the area code +41 for Switzerland (since the subscription is still via Swisscom) or +49 for England (since I’m in that country)?

Yes, you have to give him the +41 number because the whole thing goes through Switzerland. Buy a prepaid card there, it will be cheaper (for a few months).

+49 is Germany!

+44 is England.

Simply save all numbers with the appropriate country code. This way you always reach the right person. Otherwise you could accidentally dial expensive numbers.
