Verbindung fehlgeschlagen (connection with server broken)

Hi there,

I'm attempting to top up my iPad 3g subscription, but I keep getting the following message when I click "Account anzeigen" under "Mobile Daten"

"Verbindung fehlgeschlagen - Die Verbindung zum Server wurde unterbrohcen. Versuchen Sie es später ernueut." (The connection with the server was terminated. Try again later).

This has been going on for at least a week. I've restarted the iPad and shut off WiFi connection on the iPad and turned it back on but nothing has worked.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Info: iOS version 6.0.1 (10A523), iPad 2

Ignore previous message. All of a sudden, without doing anything, I could log in and update my account.

Habe heute das gleiche erlebt seit 15:00, und das ist nicht das erste Mal!
Heute war ich unterwegs von Bern nach Zürich Flughafen, noch im Zug noch im Flughafen konnte ich ein Datapaket buchen.
Swisscom was ist los?

We are experiencing this problem for a few weeks now, the last week on a daily basis. We cannot connect to the internet and the error that comes us is that the connection with DSL server is broken. Turning router off and on helps for a while but it happens that we need to do this a few times per day! The Swisscom equipment we have (router, modem, box) are more than 4 years old. Do we need new equipment? Swisscom, please help.
