So far I have not found that the email support is unreliable. I always received prompt feedback. I appreciate it when I can write an email at any time without having to wait somewhere.

Regarding expert chat: I tried it a few times between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. and it was always “busy”. And at 9 p.m. sharp it’s just over. I prefer email 1000 times!

It’s much easier than an email.

Worked great for me with Outlook 2010.
If you have a problem with webmail, I would call. Because if you write, it can easily take a day until you get an answer. I think you can test the whole thing live on the phone.
