Hello,
Since afew years that I'm using the Internet Security virus protection from Swisscom.
Until today I didn't experience any issues.
Unfortunately today I tried to scan my computer, but the virus protection didn't want to start and scan.
I was told by swisscom (on the phone) that I should uninstall the virus protection and try to install it again.
That's what i did, but when trying to install the virus protection I had a message stating that there was a conflict with an installed program, but there was no information on which program it was.
The only button available,once I clicked it I was directed to the Control Panel. There was no information on the program to be that is causing the conflict.
I called Swisscom again and at distance tehy can't give any assistance.
Can anyone help???
