I have an iPad2 3g with Swisscom SIM. Several times I have had the following behaviour, including today at 08:48 I connect to my Swisscom account on the iPad and add a data package. I receive the confirmation messages, that the cellular data package is activated. I then try to use an internet connection, with a strong 3G signal showing, and I get the message that I have no data credit. Then I try to connect to my account again, through settings / cellular data, and I get the message that the server cannot be found: I cannot access my account. In one case I eventually managed to get it to work through some combination of restarts and SIM resets, but today even this doesn't work. So far this has only happened with 1 day / 100mb swiss data packages. I have not yet had the issue with roaming packages - and this would be far worse. Do you have Ny advice? Is this a Swisscom issue or an Apple issue?
